This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of 26th January 2023, the African Development Fund’s group website, Sunday Express Newspaper of 29th January 2023 and Public Eye Newspaper of 03rd February 2023.

The Kingdom of Lesotho has received Financing from the African Development Fund in various currencies towards the cost of Lesotho Lowlands Water and Sanitation Development Project Phase III, it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Motor Cycles.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Department of Water now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of thirteen (13) Motor Cycles/Motor Bikes.

Bidding will be conducted through Limited/Restrictive Competitive Bidding (LCB) as specified in the banks Procurement Policy for Bank Funded operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement framework.
