Tender Notice
Tenders are invited from legally registered Manufacturers or Suppliers for supply and delivery of Lesotho Correctional Service Staff Uniform.
Tender documents are obtainable at the Ministry of Justice Procurement Office upon payment of a non-refundable registration fee of M2500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Maloti only) from the 01st November; 2023.The method of payment is cash payable at the Ministry of Justice Accounts Office.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, bearing no identification of the tenderers and only marked “Supply and delivery of Lesotho Correctional Service uniform” shall be deposited in the tender box placed at the Ministry of Justice reception opposite LTDC, next to Old Parliament. All tenders must be accompanied by copies of trader’s license and tax clearance certificates. Copies should be certified at source.
The deadline for Submission of tender is 29th November, 2023 at 10:00hrs and the opening of tender shall be the same day at 10:00hrs at Ministry’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
