Tender for Supply and Delivery of Laptops and Accessories

The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified and registered vendors for supply of 12 x Laptops; 20 x Backpacks; 6 x Monitor screens; 20 x Mouse & Keyboard (Combo).
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender document by paying a nonrefundable fee of One Thousand Five Maloti (M1,500.00) in the bank account of LNDC – Standard Lesotho Bank, Current Account, City Branch, Account No: 9080003272679 at LNDC Development House, Block A level 6, Finance office. – by producing the proof of payment.
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated at 1st floor LNDC Development House Block A reception area and a soft copy of the tender document must be submitted on USB flash disk enclosed in the bid submission.
The deadline for submissions is on or before Thursday 2nd of May 2024 at 12:00pm. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.
All bids must be accompanied by valid copies of traders’ license, tax clearance, and proof of authorized signatory.
The LNDC reserves the right to cancel the tender, reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The corporation is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
