Invitation to Bid
The Government of Lesotho, through the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police, invites sealed bids from suitably qualified companies for the Supply and Delivery of Immigration Uniforms.
Bid Document Collection
- Available from: 21st August 2025
- Time: 08:00 AM to 15:30 PM
- Location: Procurement Unit – Department of Home Affairs, Maseru
- Fee: M2,000.00 (non-refundable)
Mandatory Documents
All prospective bidders must attach the following to their bids:
- Correct number of tender responses
- Valid Trader’s License
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Recent bank statement (last 3 months)
- Audited financial statements for the past two (2) years (must be verified and stamped by a registered accountant)
- Certificate of bona fide tendering (must be signed and stamped by both Home Affairs and the bidding company)
- VAT Certificate (where applicable)
- Bid Security of 1% of the Bid Price
Note: Bidders who do not comply with the above requirements will be disqualified.

- Submit sealed bids (original + 4 copies) with no identification of the bidder
