Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Online Single Window for Business Facilitation

1. Background
The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Competitiveness and Financial Inclusion (CAFI) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Online Single Window for Business Facilitation.
2. Invitation
The Ministry of Trade, Industry & Business Development, through the CAFI Project Implementing Unit, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of ICT equipment as outlined below:

4. Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Sixth Edition (February 2025), and is open to all eligible bidders.

8. Additional Information
- Disclosure of beneficial ownership of the successful bidder is required as part of the Contract Award Notice.
