TENDER NOTICE
Supply and Delivery of ICT Consumables
Tender Reference: RSL/BE/SCM/02/05/2025
The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites interested and qualified suppliers/companies to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Consumables. The bidder must be ready to provide the required services upon award of the tender. All potential bidders must have a proven track record and be licensed to provide services of this nature.
All bidders must attach certified copies of the following documents:
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company registration license
• Shareholding certificate
• Most recent annual financial statements
These documents are required for RSL to assess the financial strength and capability of the bidder. Bids without these minimum documents shall be disqualified.
The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document, indicating all requirements and specifications, will be available via email from 2nd June 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interested entities should contact the Supply Chain Management Office at the email provided below.
Terms and Conditions
- Tender documents are available at a non-refundable fee of M500.00
- Prices quoted must be in Maloti/Rand and inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 hours on 18th July 2025
- Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Non-electronic tenders will not be accepted
- All packaging and labelling requirements outlined in the RFP must be strictly followed or the bid will be disqualified

• Issue of RFP: 2nd June 2025
• Pre-bidding meeting (virtual): 24th June 2025 at 10:00 hrs
• Final date to submit written questions (email only): 30th June 2025
• Distribution of final Q&A (email): 7th July 2025
• Final date for submission of proposals: 18th July 2025 at 12:00 hrs
• Public opening of bids: 18th July 2025 at 12:30 hrs
