TENDER NOTICE: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HQ DATACENTRE CORE-SWITCHES

The Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) invites interested and qualified suppliers/companies to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of HQ Datacentre Core-Switches. The bidder must be ready to provide the required services upon award of the tender.
All potential bidders must:
- Possess a proven track record
- Be licensed to provide services of this nature
Mandatory Documents:
- Certified copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Company registration license
- Copy of shareholding certificates
- Most recent annual financial statements
Note: Bids without these documents will be disqualified.
Request for Proposal (RFP):
The detailed RFP document will be available upon request via email from 7th July 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interested entities should contact the Supply Chain Management Office at the email provided below.
Terms and Conditions:
- Tender documents are available at a non-refundable fee of M500.00
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti/Rand and include all applicable taxes and duties
- Bids must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 19th August 2025
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Only electronic submissions will be accepted
- All packaging and labelling requirements in the RFP must be strictly followed

- Issue of RFP: 7th July 2025
- Pre-bidding meeting (virtual): 24th July 2025 at 10:00 AM
- Final date to submit written questions (email): 29th July 2025
- Distribution of final Q&A (email): 5th August 2025
- Final date for bid submission: 19th August 2025 at 12:00 PM
- Public opening of bids: 19th August 2025 at 12:30 PM
