Maseru City Council (MCC) invites eligible entities to submit sealed bids for framework agreements for the supply and delivery of Personal Protective Equipment, tools, small plant, survey and testing equipment, site safety goods and office consumables for the Connector Roads Programme.

Background
The Maseru City Council (MCC) has been allocated funds for the Connector Roads Programme to be used for the acquisition of the goods described below.
Invitation and Lots
MCC invites eligible entities to submit sealed bids for framework agreements covering the following five (5) lots:
- Lot 1: Personal Protective Equipment.
- Lot 2: Hand Tools, Small Plant, Paving and Concrete Tools.
- Lot 3: Survey Supplies and Field Testing Equipment.
- Lot 4: Traffic Management, Site Safety and Site Security Goods.
- Lot 5: Office Equipment and Consumables.
Tender Document Fee
The tender document is available at a non-refundable participation fee of M1,000.00.

Eligibility and Required Documents
Interested bidders must provide information demonstrating their eligibility and qualifications to supply the goods, supported by relevant documentation.
- Bidders for Lot 1 must check samples of the safety boots, hard hat, high-visibility vest, work overall and general work gloves.
- A valid Municipal Clearance Certificate is compulsory. Bids without it will be rejected.
Evaluation
- Evaluation criteria will be stated in the tender document.
- Each lot will be evaluated separately.
- A number of suppliers will be appointed for each lot at fixed unit prices.
- Quantities are indicative, and no minimum value of orders is guaranteed.
- Preference schemes will apply when evaluating bids.
Joint Ventures
Entities may associate with other firms in a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The form of association, where applicable, should be indicated in the bid.
