The Parliament of Lesotho invites suitably registered Companies to tender for the “Supply and Delivery of Fourteen Desktops and Two Laptop Computers”.

Valid and relevant Trader’s License certified from the source.
Valid Tax clearance certificate certified from the source
Completed Certificate of Bonafide Tendering, Form 25.4.2 (Edn 12/06). The signature of the senior official responsible for the bid and the official stamp of the bidder must appear on the Certificate of Bonafide Tendering.
Provide a written and signed undertaking by the bidder that the Manufacturers’ warranty shall be extended to the Parliament of Lesotho and that the Bidder shall facilitate such warranty.
All submitted documents must bear official date stamp of the bidder, physical address and contact details
Clear time frames and schedules on when to deliver should be stated.(Lead time)
Bids will be opened on the same day of submission in the presence of bidders or their representatives (27 January 2021 at 1415hrs).
The Evaluation Team will be at liberty to visit or contact the reference sites where similar products and services have been provided. This will be done for only three short listed companies.
The National Assembly Tender Panel reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
- Duly completed tenders in sealed envelopes bearing no identification of the bidder clearly marked “Tender for Supply and Delivery of Desktop and Laptop Computers” should be deposited in the tender box situated at the National Assembly of Lesotho, New Parliament Building, Ground Floor, Reception Area. The deadline for submission of Tenders is Wednesday, 27 January 2021 at 1400hrs. No Alternative method of submission will be accepted.
