TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF. NO: LCS TENDER NO.1 OF 2024/25
Tenders are invited from legally registered and suitably qualified companies and suppliers for supply and delivery of Food commodities (Lot 1), Cleaning materials and Toiletries (Lot 2) Animal feeds (Lot 3), and Domestic fuel (Lot 4) to the Ministry of Justice and Law.
Tender documents will be obtained from Procurement Office MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW HEADQUARTERS, OPPOSITE LTDC, NEXT TO OLD PARLIAMENT, during office hours at a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Maloti only (M2500.00) from Thursday the 29th FEBRUARY, 2024.
The Deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday the 4th April, 2024 at 10:00 hrs. The opening of tenders shall be the same day at 10:00 hrs at the Ministry’s boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
Sealed Tenders should be clearly marked, “MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW TENDER NO.1 OF 2024/25 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD COMMODITY, CLEANING MATERIALS AND TOILETRIES, AND ANIMAL FEEDS ’’. All prices must include 15.00 % vat.
LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
