TENDER NOTICE
TENDER REF. NO: LCS/DISTRICTS NO.2 OF 2024/25
District Procurement Unit South, North and Central Regions hereby invites legally registered and suitably qualified suppliers for supply and delivery of food commodities and Domestic fuel at Lesotho Correctional Service Mohale’s Hoek, Mafeteng, Quthing, and Qacha’s Nek (South Region), Leribe, Butha-Buthe, Mokhotlong and Berea (North Region) and Thaba-Tseka (Central Region) for the fiscal year 2024/25.
Tender documents will be obtainable at DA’s office Mohale’s Hoek, Mafeteng, Quthing, Qacha’s Nek, Leribe, Mokhotlong, Butha-Buthe, Berea and Thaba-Tseka at a non-refundable fee of M 1000.00 from 29th FEBRUARY, 2024.
The deadline for Submission of tender is 4th April, 2024 at 10:00 hrs. The opening of the tender shall be on the same date at 10.00 am at the DA’s offices respectively in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
Sealed Bids should be clearly marked; “MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND LAW TENDER NO.2 OF 2024/25 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD COMMODITY AND DOMESTIC FUEL’’. (mention district) e.g. Mohale’s Hoek, Mafeteng, Quthing, Qacha’s Nek, Leribe, Butha-Buthe, Mokhotlong, Berea and Thaba-Tseka. All price quoted must include be 15% vat.
