REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT FOR SENTEBALE TRAINEES
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Government the Global Fund for the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis and Covid 19 in Lesotho. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Sentebale Equipment for Trainees.
Bidders are invited to submit the most favourable quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Sentebale Equipment for Trainees:

Requirements
a. Valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity card.
b. Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.
1. Quotation Price with Clear Breakdown
The bid price shall be for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Sentebale Equipment for Trainees as per Specification indicated under Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods to be supplied from within the country or abroad shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
2. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of four (4) weeks.
3. Request for Clarifications

The closing date for Request for Clarification shall be 20th January 2026 at 16:30hrs.

5. Labelling of Quotations
Quotations MUST be clearly labelled “Supply and Delivery of Equipment for Sentebale Equipment for Trainees”.
6. Submission of Quotations
Quotations MUST be deposited in the Quotation Box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before 22nd January 2026 at 12:00hrs.

PMU is not bound to award the contract to quotations with the lowest price or any price. PMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and/or to cancel this procurement process at any time prior to contract award if the circumstances so require.
