SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CARTRIDGES AND WASTE CONTAINER FOR e-GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

1. The Ministry of Information Communications, Science Technology and Innovation through e-Government Infrastructure Phase II Project invites interested bidders to supply cartridges and waste containers.
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
   (a) Demonstration of minimum two contracts valued at minimum 80,000 Maloti each.
   (b) Current credit line of 80,000 Maloti
   (c) Valid Trader’s license and Tax clearance
3. Interested qualified bidders may obtain Request for Quotation (RFQ) document with list all the requirements at the following website: www.gov.ls/tender and for clarifications, please send an e-mail to: [email protected]
4. Bids must be delivered to: Ministry of Information Communications, Science Technology and Innovation, Level 3 Moposo Building and Deposited in the Tender Box at reception area on or before 18 October 2024 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened by Head of Procurement Unit in the presence of bidders at 12:05 pm, the same day.
