The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and Delivery of batteries and calculators.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after Delivery of goods.
• Delivery to be done at IEC Central Warehouse, Industrial Area Next to Wasco.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] or hand deliver in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Wednesday 12th February 2025. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply and delivery of batteries and calculators’’.
