Supply and Delivery of A3 Printing Paper

- The Examinations Council of Lesotho intends to apply part of its funds towards payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of A3 Printing Paper.
- Sealed bids from eligible bidders are now invited for the Supply and Delivery of A3 Printing Paper (for delivery within two (2) weeks):
Item: A3 Printing Paper
Quantity: 510 boxes - Bidding will be conducted through the national Competitive Bidding Procedures. Qualification and selection requirements are as follows and additional details are provided in the Bidding Document:
- Copies of documents defining legal status, place of registration, place of business etc. and written power of attorney to commit the Bidder
- Proof of experience on two (2) contracts of similar nature
- Audited Financial Statements for two (2) years (2023 and 2024)
- Letter confirming availability of Credit line of an amount equivalent to bid price or more, from registered financial institutions
- Tax clearance certificate and Traders License both certified at source
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Unit, Assistant Procurement Officer (Mr. Maoeng, email: [email protected]) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the address 1 given below.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of M300.00 or equivalent in a convertible currency. The method of payment will be by direct deposit into the following account:

The document will be collected from Procurement Unit. - Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 6th, 2025 at 10h15. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on June 6th, 2025 at 10h30.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of M3,000.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
