The National University of Lesotho (NUL) invites proposals from qualified local printing vendors for the supply and delivery of 200,000 examination answer booklets. NUL has a student population of approximately 10,000.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Prospective bidders must be authorized printing vendors and meet the following requirements:
a) Certified copies of:
- Trader’s License
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
b) Audited Financial Statements
c) Proof of Purchase of the Tender Document
d) Security Bid of M20,000.00 (refundable)
2. Tender Document Collection
- The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be collected from the NUL Procurement Office, Roma.
- A non-refundable fee of M400.00 must be paid into the following NUL account:

3. Submission and Bid Opening
- Tender documents must be deposited in the tender box at the NUL Procurement Office, Roma on or before:
- Deadline: Monday, 7th April 2025, at 12:00 noon
- Bid opening will take place immediately after submission, at 12:15 hrs in the Procurement Boardroom.
- Bidders are welcome to attend the opening session, limited to one representative per bidder.
4. Validity Period
Tender proposals should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date.
