Bidding Document for the Procurement of Supplies under Open Competitive/Limited Tendering
1. Introduction
- The Land Administration Authority has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of supply and delivery of Seventeen (17) laptops.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 12:00 Noon, 27/02/2026. Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) on 27/02/2026.
- There shall NOT be a pre-bid meeting.
