- At least 20 years of experience in the water sector, including at least 5 years in management (Team Leader) positions;
- Extensive experience in sub Saharan Africa, Lesotho is a strong advantage;
- Senior level experience in supporting Projects Implementation Units is essential;
- Extensive experience in capacity building for national governments
