STUDIO MANAGER
Mohale FM is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Studio Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our radio studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining technical quality, supporting live and recorded broadcasts, and ensuring a productive studio environment.
Location: Maseru

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all technical aspects of studio operations, including broadcast equipment, software, and recording systems.
• Set up and monitor live and pre-recorded broadcasts to ensure clear and uninterrupted transmission.
• Support presenters and producers with studio logistics, audio setup, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and service studio equipment to avoid technical issues or downtime.
• Ensure the studio environment is professional, clean, and ready for guests and staff.
• Manage studio bookings and coordinate with the programmes team on show schedules.
• Implement and enforce studio policies and safety procedures.
• Keep updated logs of equipment usage, faults, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
• Diploma or Certificate in Audio Engineering, Media Technology, ICT, or a related field.
• At least three years experience in a radio studio, production house, or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of audio equipment, mixers, microphones, editing software, and broadcast tools.
• Familiarity with digital editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with presenters, producers, and guests.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
