STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT
INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Letšeng Diamonds invites expressions of interest for the Structural Engineering Consulting Services from companies for structural integrity assessment of buildings, structures and key plants at Letšeng Diamond Mine in the Mokhotlong District of the Kingdom of Lesotho. The services will comprise inspection and assessment of the structural integrity of identified key items of plants, structures and buildings at Letšeng Diamond Mine in Mokhotlong. The purpose of the assessment is to establish any signs or evidence of structural distress and any potential or latent failures.
PRESCRIBED FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
Interested companies or organisations are requested to submit the following certified documents, in the order below:
• Cover Letter & Company profile
• Company registration documents
• Valid tax clearance
• VAT registration certificates
• Proof of previous experience on similar works/services
• CV’s of relevant Personnel currently employed by the company or organisation.
• Audited Financial Statements for the past three years
• Professional Indemnity Insurance Company Directors Information (Name/ID/Position/Qualifications)
• Due diligence form filled
• Three reference letters for a similar project completed
SUBMISSION
Submissions must be made in HARD COPY in sealed envelopes bearing no identity of the company and marked “Expressions of Interest for Structural Integrity Assessment.” The sealed envelopes must be submitted at Letšeng Diamonds House, Cnr Kingsway & Old School Road, Maseru or at the reception at Letšeng Diamond Mine, Letšeng-la-Terae, Mokhotlong.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for submissions is Friday 9 September 2022 at 12h00.

Only shortlisted companies will be contacted for the formal tender process. This Expression of Interest is open to both Lesotho and Internationally registered companies. Preference shall be given to service providers that can demonstrate support for staffing, procurement and enterprise development of Lesotho nationals.
Letšeng will neither be responsible for nor pay any expenses or losses which the proposer may incur in response to this invitation. Letšeng reserves the right to withdraw this Expression of Interest at any stage without notice.
