Are you someone who can
- Support the Chief Executive Officer by creating focus on ensuring that the Bank’s priorities are effectively coordinated and tracked across the Bank, as well as ensuring that the Bank’s vision and priorities are successfully communicated across, with a clear articulation of the value accretion to the Bank.
- Ensure internal coherence in strategic initiatives, making sure they are better aligned and coordinated across the Bank and the Executive Team .
- Execute relevant business initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress .
- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations related to strategic initiatives/deliverables/projects and monitor reporting on strategic initiatives/projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
You will be an ideal candidate if you
- Have a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Strategic Management or equivalent.
- Have a Chartered Accounting qualification, CFA or equivalent.
- Have a relevant Master’s degree (it will be an added advantage).
- Have 5 to 8 years or more financial services, preferably banking experience.
