The scope of work is but not limited to detailed design and construction of tailings conveyor and residue storage facility for the existing mining and process operations. Collection of water and management of such, drilling, blasting, load and haul services at Liqhobong Mine
TCL is searching for experienced, enthusiastic, result oriented and resilient Lesotho citizens to occupy the following position:
POSITION: Storeman (2)
JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
- To undertake works in connection with issuing of stores inventory and maintenance of stock.
- To carry out issuing of stock to internal end users.
- Receipt and unloading of goods on arrival on site.
- Move goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment.
- Re-order if the stock level is low in the stores.
- To carry out stock take and provide clear handovers.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
- Keep clear records manually and electronically of goods, their location and quantity.
- Ability to label items appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- C.O.S.C plus exposure to materials buying in a mining environment and knowledge of logistics handling.
- 2 years’ experience stores/warehouse experience
- Computer literacy
