Description

Role Purpose 
To generate revenue for the store through connections, contracts for both data and Voice, repairs and managing employees in the store

Key Deliverables
Time management, regular attendance and unmatched customer experience.
Ensure all stock discrepancies are resolved on a daily basis and no missing stock is carried over to the next day.
Ensure availability of stock of devices and vouchers.
Ensure all stock and cash are balanced and reported on a daily basis.
Balance the availability of M-pesa e-money and cash by understanding and responding to trends.
Quality of Standards (QOS) – timeous complaints resolution and order processing.
To develop and/revise processes to ensure excellent customer experience.
To provide periodical reports covering progress on service quality measures.
Ensure all store operating licenses are renewed a week before expiry date.

Job Specific Competencies

sales and product  promotion
Excellent communication skills both in Sesotho and English
Supervisory and analytical skills
Ability to train and develop skills

Qualifications and Experience
Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent 
Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care will be preferable
Two years’ work experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two year driving experience.
Knowledge of Billing system will be an added advantage.
