Vodacom Lesotho is seeking Store Supervisor(s) to supervise Qachas Nek Vodacom Shop, employees and daily operations of the store. The Supervisor will be reporting to the Retail Manager in Customer Operations.
Key Accountabilities
• Proper house-keeping of the stores.
• Reporting of all stock and cash-ups on a daily basis.
• Solving all stock discrepancies are solves on a daily basis no missing stock is carried over to the next day.
• Handling and resolving high level customer queries, inquiries, complaints and requests.
• Develop and/or revise processes to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Provide periodical reports covering progress on service quality measures.

The successful candidate will be a People’s person, Customer oriented, self-starter who pays attention to details, is highly ethical and an excellent team player and poses the following qualities:
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Effective communication skills, able to provide honest, effective
feedback.
• Skills in sales and product promotion.
• Able to work in a fastpaced, technology enabled environment, remaining flexible, supportive and adaptive to changes in direction, priorities
and job responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care, will be
preferable.
• 2 years experience in managerial or supervisory position.
• A valid driver’s license, with a minimum of two years driving
experience.
• Must be willing to reside in Qachas Nek.
