What you’ll do

Role Purpose 
To generate revenue for the store through connections, contracts for both data and Voice, repairs and managing employees in the store.
Key Accountabilities
⦁    Supervise employees in Retail Stores.
⦁    Supervise daily operations of the store
⦁    M-pesa management 
⦁    Handle and resolve higher level customer queries, inquiries, complaints and requests.
⦁    To provide periodical reports covering progress on service quality measures.
⦁    Renewal of operating licences.
Competencies
⦁     Skills in sales and product  promotion
⦁     Excellent communication skills both in Sesotho and English
⦁     Supervisory and analytical skills
⦁    Ability to train and develop skills
Qualifications and Experience
⦁    Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
•    Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care will be preferable
•    Two years’ work experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
•    A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two year driving experience.
•    Knowledge of Billing system will be an added advantage
