Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our agricultural retail hub in Lesotho. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a professional who understands the unique needs of the farming community and possesses the retail acumen to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations and inventory
- Oversee daily operations of the agricultural products store
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and tracking
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on agricultural products to support farmers
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and other operational metrics
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Monitor and manage the store budget and expenses
