Requirements
- A Mosotho lady, 23–35 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in fashion retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, and energetic personality
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic training or experience with POS systems is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Handle sales processes and transactions efficiently and accurately
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, replenishment, and inventory control
- Fulfil customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain store standards, visual presentation, and organization
