Are you a hands-on problem-solver passionate about sustainable energy and construction? Lema Agrivest is looking for a skilled and motivated Steel and Solar Works Intern to support our infrastructure and energy-efficient farming systems.
📍 Position: Steel and Solar Works Intern
Location: Maseru, Lesotho (with field assignments)
Duration: 3–6 months | Paid Internship
Deadline to Apply: Friday, 11th July 2025
Your Role Will Include:
1. Assisting in the fabrication and installation of steel structures for hydroponic systems.
2. Supporting the setup and maintenance of solar-powered irrigation and lighting systems.
3. Helping with on-site measurements, welding, and basic assembly tasks.
4. Working with the technical team to design and test functional infrastructure.
5. Conducting inspections and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
6. Maintaining tools, equipment, and workshop inventory.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
1. Are studying or recently graduated in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Fabrication, or related technical field.
2. Are familiar with basic welding, solar installation, or electrical safety practices.
3. Enjoy working outdoors and solving real-world technical challenges.
4. Are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills.
5. Have a passion for innovation and sustainability in agriculture.
