Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) is a national implementing agency for the industrial and commercial development of Lesotho established in terms the LNDC Act of 1967(as amended). It is a parastatal of the Government of Lesotho mandated to initiate, promote and facilitate both domestic and foreign investments to create jobs and increase income for the households.
LNDC invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
Stakeholder Management Officer (Paterson Grade C3)
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for building, supporting and sustaining positive and productive relationships with the stakeholders. To provide stakeholders with political and public policy advice in relation to the
Lesotho Nation Brand. The Strategic Stakeholder Specialist is responsible for knowing the clients’ objectives, key strategies, and leaders and stakeholders such that the Lesotho Nation Brand team is in a credible position to collaborate in further refining those strategies and developing specific initiatives and solutions that will enable the stakeholders and the Basotho to achieve their objectives. The incumbent reports to the Nation Brand Manager
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Corporate Communication, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in stakeholder relations or a related field.
Term of contract
- Five (5) years fixed-term performance-based contract.
