The H band Specialist: Testing Role based within Technology Business Unit.
The role of Specialist: Testing is to utilise specialist knowledge and expertise to perform testing and support for Digital Services and WASPs
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Test Digital services and products
- Design and maintain test cases and test plans
- Execute test cases according to project standards and quality guidelines
- Communicate test findings and recommendations
- Manage identified projects for the department until completion
- Investigate user requests in order to determine the correct root cause of incidents
- Assist business with definition and analysis of enhancements and new developments
- Compile documentation
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 3 year Degree / National Diploma in Information Technology essential
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Testing or Support
- In depth knowledge of HTML, XML and SQL
- Experience in software development an advantage
