To maintain and grow performance of our company’s digital touchpoints.
Supports Call Centre, IVR, Email, Live chat, Chat-bot, USSD, Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp), SMS, and all other digital self-service customer touchpoints.
Creates IVR scripts, (Sesotho and English) and supports Call Centre with the upload of emergency scripts when there is technical problem
Assists with the migration of customers from traditional voice channels to digital self-service touchpoints.
Compiles reports on interactions on the various digital customer touchpoints.
Modelling and developing robotic processes during the project development stage
Updates and maintains Developer Standards around RPA best practices
Produce project deliverables within Sprint timeframe
Ability to develop automations as per business requirements which are deployed to Production and produce business value
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant 3 year degree / diploma / BSc Computer Science or related field
UiPath developer certification preferred
