Network Quality is a division in technology department established in 2012 to deal with increasing demand of our voice and data services. Network Quality is responsible for planning of the network coverage, capacity dimensioning and use modern techniques to ensure the network is of sound quality. We are proud of ensuring our network is one of the best in the world through out of the box thinking. Once you are with us, you will find the freedom to be yourself and be the best you can be.
Your responsibility will include new site planning, network performance and troubleshooting and network benchmarking.
You will Be Responsible For:
Detailed Analysis of performance against Company, Group, and Regulatory Performance Indicators
Detailed Action Plans to address shortfalls
Network meeting targets
Perform benchmarking against relevant networksExecute actions to ensure leadership against benchmarks
Perform BAU Optimization to ensure sustainability of meeting targets
Provide inputs and expert opinion into equipment and technologies that are to be put into the network
Detailed Analysis of Customer Experience;
Periodic Drive-Testing;
Detailed action plans to address shortfalls against customer expectations;
Innovative ideas on how to delight customers with regards to network experience;
Ensure best customer experience relative to benchmarks;
Perform BAU Optimization to ensure sustainability of meeting targets
Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports on network performance and customer experience;
Management reports for various forums
Detailed reports on progress against action plans
Periodic Drive-Testing reports
It Would Be Nice if You have
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or any equivalent
2 Years’ experience in telecommunications sector
