Description

Closing Date: 8th March 2023

Reporting to the Financial Services Manager, the role is responsible for designing and implementing CVM campaigns for different market segments and deep analysis reporting on the effectiveness of those campaigns. The ultimate goal is to enhance customer longevity and extracting more value to improve profitability, market share and reduce fall-offs (churn).

Job Responsibility

  • Measure and feedback campaign results in terms of revenue versus cost, monthly customer uptake, identify learnings and devise improvement plans.
  • Increase customer ARPU by identifying cross/upsell opportunities and device relevant campaigns.
  • Decrease revenue dilution and be accountable for base revenue uplift.
  • To map out Segment customer journeys per key product segment with a clear welcome, upsell/cross sell journey in line with Segment Strategy.
  • To interpret
  • To interpret analysis relating to the customer base in order to identify commercial solutions that can drive value and to support Segment functions in developing propositions and business cases.
  • Build Predictive & Propensity models for better decision making pertaining to key aspects such as Churn, acquisition, etc. leading to better customer lifecycle management resulting into revenue saving enhancement.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification (degree) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a data mining & analysis role OR proven experience in data modelling and/or Big data projects
  • Proven knowledge of SQL
