Reporting to the Executive Head of Human Resources, the Learning and Development (L&D) Senior Specialist provides operational support relating to relevant L&D activities, such as skills required across the local market and building associated capability and relevant training programmes, including delivery of training, which ensure that existing skills are retained and new skills are introduced within the market in support of the corporate strategy. The L&D Specialist is also the custodian of talent managent, performance management and diversity & inclusion.

Job Responsibility

* Provides operational support that executes the learning and development strategy (for example training needs gap analysis, maintaining content of curriculums and learning campaigns, training delivery);

* Understands procedures and concepts to effectively ensure the execution and delivery of all key learning and development capability initiatives and priorities across the local market aligned to the wider Vodafone strategy;

* Communicates and exchanges complex information and ideas to HR Business Partners and relevant stake holders in the business to ensure their engagement and commitment on all key learning work streams;

* Documents and monitors the key learning and development capability work streams and supports these to become embedded within the business;

* Supports with driving data driven insights around learning priorities using dashboards and identifies the ROI of learning campaigns through HR analytics;

* To develop and implement an effective Talent Management plan and strategy. Eg Graduate trainees, Critical skills;

* To develop, implement and monitor programs that promote diversity & inclusion within the organisation;
