Description
Role Purpose
- To improve service delivery, build healthier relationships and customer experience for the Small and Medium Enterprise market
Accountabilities
- Establish and manage relationships with the indirect partners and retail consultants through sales engagements
- Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions by adopting the Vodafone Way of Selling
- Provide market insight and feedback to the company on service requirements and solutions to address these
- Develop a sales strategy for the indirect model and business in retail base that is aligned to the company strategy
- Expand and manage relationships on the m-pesa bulk payment
Core Competencies
- Detailed understanding of governance and decision making across the business
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Working knowledge of project management, Process improvement
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years customer service.
- Telecommunications experience would be an added advantage
