Vodacom Lesotho is seeking a Specialist Fixed EBU Sales who will improve service delivery, maintain healthy relationships and customer experience while aggressively growing the Fixed Customers base as a key priority area.

Key Accountabilities

• Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions by adopting the Vodafone Way of Selling.

• Establish and manage relationships with the Fixed Customers through sales engagements.

• Provide market insight and feedback to the company on service requirements and solutions to address these.

• Develop a sales strategy for Fixed Customers base that is aligned to the
company strategy.

• Improve and maintain Vodacom’s reputation as the service provider of choice for Fixed Solutions.

The successful candidate will be someone who will engage with customer’s and internal stakeholders while building a solution tailored to the customer’s needs, closing the sale and managing the customer on going for cross selling purposes and in addition possess the following qualities:

• Exceptional analytical and problem solving and logical thinking
skills
• A self-starter, ability to prioritise and multi-task, works well under
pressure
• strong sales skills
• Have the zeal to explore all solutions
• Effectively give a virtual or inperson presentation
• Moves quickly and takes a forceful stand without being overly abrasive. Passion for the hunt. And a proven prowess for overcoming obstacles.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years Sales and relationship management experience
• Fixed Solutions experience would be an added advantage
• B. Comm Business Management or B. Comm Marketing and Management
Science or Bachelors of Business Administration and or a technical
Degree.
