You will Be Responsible For:
To always be aware of departmental/business strategies & roadmaps at any given time especially at the beginning of each quarter or financial year.
To understand the business challenges or shortcomings which need to be addressed
Document requirements accordingly in order to initiate a project.
Understand why a product is needed & how it fulfils business needs/targets.
Understand departmental/business processes as well as their shortcomings.
Engage with the involved stakeholders to review the processes & find better ways of collaboration in cases where there are dependencies between different business functions.
Provide support for testing teams to ensure that testing is carried out effectively & efficiently.
Test case document review.
Ensure that all users, that is end users & support teams are sufficiently trained on the use of new products/technologies.
It Would Be Nice if You have
Computer Science or IT relates Degree
Prototype assessment & usability review for products.
High level understanding of network/product architectures in order to advise business teams on the feasibility of their requirements.
For any given product, understand which systems are involved as well as the interaction between each element.
