Description
Role Purpose
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Key Deliverables
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
Assess value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Core Competencies
Relationship management with internal and external service providers/vendors
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong SQL Database knowledge
Qualifications & Expereince
Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science / B.Eng
Any Artificial Intelligence related certification will be valuable
Strong experience in telecommunications and financial services
