Description

Role Purpose 
To model the business impact of loyalty initiatives across Vodacom – including the sourcing, business case development and management of all internal and external rewards across the segments.

Key Deliverables
Conduct a full audit of all internal Vodacom rewards that could be offered to customers across all divisions including digital and acceleration units.
Build an integrated customer value per segment view in conjunction with product and CVM.
Model the impact of reward on customer value, by determining the customer behavioral impact (in terms of churn) linked to the granting of different types and values of rewards with a view to optimize reward allocation by segment.
Translate overall Loyalty strategy into key business impact across segments forecasting the impact of overall loyalty and reward allocation.
Model all cost elements linked to the overall CRM and Loyalty program and provide the expected return in terms of customer behaviour change.

Job Specific Competencies

Solid knowledge of loyalty program commercials – including deep system and data knowledge.
Proven track record of managing loyalty commercials and business cases.
Goal focussed with track record in developing accurate loyalty models with proven business results.

Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Information Systems / BSc Computer Science / B.Eng./Actuarial Science (or similar tertiary qualifications).
3 years’ experience working with all aspects of business analysis, system analysis, development, testing, implementation and production support.
