Role Purpose
The CVM IT SPOC plays a critical role in the Software Development Lifecycle. He/she must understand which capability the users need to enable their business and match it to the functionality the system offers
Key Deliverables
To perform business analysis by assessing user requirements in terms of feasibility, impact and cost, thereby assisting the user to compile accurate reporting and ensuring stakeholder approval.
To foster relationships with the users by having regular formal user sessions and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of technical / commercial developments.
To act as a bridge/intermediary with other functional areas including external stakeholders to ensure that products, services, systems, applications, tariffs, etc. are launched effectively as per the business requirements.
To ensure that User Acceptance Test plans are drafted and the required testing is conducted.
To ensure that all project documents are completed in terms of the documented process, and approved by all relevant parties.
To maintain industry best practices within the applicable environment.

Qualifications & Expereince
Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science / B.Eng
Any Artificial Intelligence related certification will be valuable
3 years’ experience working with all aspects of business analysis, system analysis, development, testing, implementation and production support.
Experience in interfacing between business and technology.
