Description

Role purpose: 

To ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Manage the entire order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership 

Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and delivery of devices

Monitor order status and provide regular updates on delivery times and any delays.
Resolve issues related to order fulfilment, delivery, and returns

Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions

Core competencies, knowledge and experienc

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of order management and logistics software.

Qualifications and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfilment or customer service
