Description
To support the Manager: Data services to provide end to end network support and services delivery for Packet Switched Core, Circuit Switched Core, Radio Access Network and Enterprise business.
Job Responsibility
- Day to day network performance and security monitoring
- Liaise with suppliers on new technologies and equipment in accordance with set SLAs
- Create SLAs and OLAs for Core data centre infrastructure
- Management review of Vodafone STEP program
- Deploy best fit architecture for Core data centre services to meet TechComs2025 strategy
- Ensure proper running of Data Services, Security adherence and National & International Transit
- Support Enterprise and/or Commercial Business Unit in the development of the new concepts to fully developed products
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree Computer Engineering and/or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Network Professional – Data Centre
- Experience implementing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in IP Core & Data centre Networks
