Description

Closing Date:  16 June 2023

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of Call Center Systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure high availability and reliability of the Call Centre infrastructure 
  • Provide administration, maintenance, and operational support to the Call Centre environment to offer service meeting agreed SLAs and business priorities
  • Coordinate production releases and server patching for the environment.
  • Provide Call Centre environment capacity planning and performance monitoring metrics
  • Install and maintain Call Centre user equipment
  • To execute change control on systems via a managed process.
  • Perform configuration management by maintaining documented inventory of systems and software versions

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • ITIL4 Foundation Certification
  • At least 5 years or more working within a Telecommunication Sector.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Failover Cluster technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience in incident management
