Description

Reporting to the Billing Operations Manager. the incumbent  works with business management to determine business requirements, prioritize, define key performance indicators (KPI), and develop CRM and related applications strategy. This includes working with business and development teams to design and document system architecture, alerts, and reports. This individual is accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in CRM and business applications, maintaining systems availability and resolving any billing issues.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and create an in-depth understanding of our telecom end-to-end customer journeys and support systems, processes and procedures.
  • Interprets business requirements and determines optimum CRM solutions to meet needs. 
  • Lead and supervise configuration of product offerings in primary systems, including CCS, Middleware and the billing engine (VXview)
  • Lead and supervise reconciliations with third parties for charging to ensure completeness and accuracy of charging to avoid revenue loss and disputes with third parties
  • Design standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the CRM, Billing and Charging tools and systems

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant tertiary qualification.  
  • Extensive experience of configuration and management of system users, defining rights and roles, incident and problem management is mandatory 
  • Experience with Linux OS and ability to work with automation scripts. 
  • Experience with Oracle and related data manipulation tools such as PL/SQL 
  • Business Analysis and Process Management  
  • Experience in telecoms billing is advantageous
