SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES CALLS FOR PROPOSALS FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF STEEL PALISADE.
SOS Children’s Villages Lesotho is a child focused organization and an affiliate of the SOS Children Villages International. It is non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational, and non-racial Association. Its mission is to care for children who lost parental care or are about to lose parental care to help them shape their own futures and share in the development of their communities. To realize part of the organization mission, SOS Quthing would like to secure the environment and property of Kinder garden (KG) by fencing the premises by use of palisade as per the below tender notice:
How to apply
Applications must be in sealed envelope marked (“SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF STEEL PALISADE”) and addressed to SOS Children’s Villages Quthing. Terms of reference to be collected from SOS Children’s Villages Quthing Reception from Tuesday, 25th October 2022 @ M200.00 between 8.30am and 17:00 pm on working days. A once off mandatory Site visit to be held on 27th October 2022 at 11:00am (all bidders must attend site visit or send a representative). The proposal must be hand delivered to SOS Children’s Villages Quthing, Upper Moyeni next to Holy Trinity High School by Wednesday 3rd November 2022.
Applications must comprise of the following:
- Proposal with detailed pricing or bill of quantities inclusive of copy of tender document obtained from SOS children’s Villages Quthing.
- Business Profile attached with valid Trader’s License, Tax Clearance and References from previous related work
- Receipt of purchase of terms of reference on the following account
