Do you want to be the founding member of a new AWS team?
AWS (under the banner of AWS WorkDocs) is expanding into collaborative generation and publication of digital assets (incl. documents, spreadsheets), first for all Amazonians, then for AWS customers. We are funding a new team with the charter to build a document collaboration experience to support Amazon’s peculiar writing culture.

Learn more about our writing culture here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V32wRmx7kE0

At AWS WorkDocs we want to create a frustration free document creation and publishing experience that allows authors to focus on the content (self-sourced or crowd-sourced), while we mechanize the rest (incl. collaboration, approvals, formatting, style and polish).

Come be the champion for all professionals (incl. engineering and product leaders, engineers) who spend days trying to create that perfect document to communicate their ideas.

This is an impactful charter as you will see the customer delight first hand. This opportunity will also allow you to grow your engineering leadership skills and learn more about how AWS operates internally, you will have access to the best product and engineering talent at AWS, working closely with other AWS Service teams (S3, EC2, Dynamo DB) to ensure we build a highly performant and scalable product.

We value inclusion and diversification of thought and strive to create an environment where people bring their authentic selves to work.

Come build (and have fun) with us!
