E-MANTHUS (PTY) LTD is looking for a highly talented and experienced software developer to build and implement functional software programs
Position: Software Developer/Engineer Available Posts: one (1)
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Manage and configure the cloud environment
REQUIREMENTS:
• Two Years experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems
(e.g., AngularJS, Vue) 4. Experience with databases (MySQL, Firebase) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, Eloquent)
• Version control with Git is highly required.
• Laravel experience will be an added advantage
• Proven work experience in RESTful APIs
• Experience with Android mobile development IOS will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with DevOps
• Experience with Linux and containers
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
•Excellent communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Attention to detail
• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in Cloud or Software Development is a plus.
