Responsibilities:
• Stun, kill livestock, and prepare carcasses for further processing by removing internal organs and hides.
• Clean the carcass by washing off blood and other material, and trim away fat or other tissues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and equipment, handling waste appropriately to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Keep cutting tools and other equipment in good working order.
Requirements:
• A strong-built male capable of carrying heavy loads.
• 2 years’ experience as a slaughterman.
• Must reside at or around Ha Matala, Maseru.
