Job description:
International work and multi project experience is desired. Familiar with NTS (network technology service) part, knows parameter setting, junior KPI analysis. Can summarize and explain some troubleshooting cases. Pass all the exams and join the necessary training. Give new staff necessary training, and bring up during daily job. Good communication and relationship with customer. Must be willing to travel for long periods of time away from base. Roll out and complete acceptance of new wireless network products.
Matric. Bachelor’s degree or above. Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecoms or equivalent degree. Own transport and valid driver’s license essential. Experience in LTE 5G NR Systems, – this should include strong experience with Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, Alcatel-Lucent products etc. Familiar with TDM, ATM and IP transmission principle, able to design RAN carrying network, OM, Clock and Signalling network. Familiar with the GSM, UMTS & LTE Architecture, Interface and Protocols. Familiar with 3GPP protocol, able to trace the signalling to trouble shooting the detached problem and provide the solution. Familiar with BSC & RNC commissioning. Familiar with BTS & eNodeB & gNodeB software upgrade and troubleshooting.
