HS Construction Company (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary construction company incorporated in Lesotho in 2010. The company offers construction and project management services in the areas of Building, Roads, water supply, sanitation, infrastructure, construction management and other civil engineering related disciplines.
Therefore, we are looking for suitable candidates to be part of our Team:
SITE AGENT
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed work programmes and schedules in line with the project plan.
- Coordinate project activities with contractors, suppliers, and project team members.
- Ensure that materials, labour, and equipment are available as required to avoid delays.
- Manage site progress, constraints, and resources to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate alterations to construction or technical drawings, if required.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and labourers, ensuring proper allocation of duties and performance.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitor contractors’ work and report any deviations.
- Attend daily coordination meetings and provide progress updates.
- Manage documentation, quality control, and safety meetings.
- Attend company and industry events including meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- Proven Consultancy and Construction will be highly priority.
